23 March
Bumblebee Identification day in Edinburgh
Join us at the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh for our first bumblebee identification event of 2013!
The day will include talks on the ecology of bumblebees, how to separate the species, and how to get involved in our survey work. There will be two one-hour bee walks (weather permitting) so outdoor clothing should be worn.
This is a full-day event, taking place from 10am-3pm, including an hour for lunch (not provided).
This event is free to attend, but donations are welcome.
Spaces are limited, and you can book your place by emailing volunteering@bumblebeeconservation.org or calling 01786 467 818. More information on timings and location will be supplied after registration.
