Could anyone confirm this as a cuckoo bee?? Not the best angle, but you can clearly see a band of bright yellow, before the white tail part.

Your bumble looks like a male cuckoo bumble, Bombus vestalis [Host = Bombus terrestris]. It has the yellow flashes adjacent to the white tail.
I have a lot of these in my garden at present.
