I have seen a mass of B hypnorum both in London and the NW of England this year. Many more proportionately than last year. I have seen many bumblebees with the colour pattern shown in the photograph (North London).  I am assuming (not having got the face) that this is a B. pascuorum with short, pale abdomen hairs and pale tail hairs and not a hypnorum with an extra band? Is that right? Allan

Sorry for the delay in replying

Definitely looks like a Tree bumblebee (hypnorum) but the extra white band is unusual.
But many species exhibit colour variation so it is not unreasonable to see it in this species too,

kind regards, elaine
