just spotted this and uploaded to BeeWatch (hope that link works)

think she’s a Tree Queen? map on the bee guide shows my area just outside, so hopefully they might be spreading North a bit?

Looks like a he rather than a she, long floppy antenae and wee hairy legs with no pollen baskets.

Certainly a Tree BB though !
Queens are a fair bit bigger than the males, but can vary in size quite a bit.
The species has now covered pretty well all of England, a far part of Wales and in the last few days has been found not far from Glasgow - see BBCT website News button.  The BWARS website might just have a better map.
