I have observed over the past week, many bumble’s and cuckoo’s who are flying but are very un-coordinated, like they have a Parkinson like tremor and cannot control their direction or remain in level flight.

They tend to fly to the floor and crash, cannot easily fly from one flower to the next and tend to spin on their own axis when taking off.

Has anyone else seen such flights?

I am assuming these particular bees have been parasitised and that is why their flight is so badly affected but would appreciate anyone else’s views.
